Two Bedroom Suites

I. This main floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront suite sleeps 6 people with 3 queen size beds and has a fully equipped kitchen.  The suite is on the same level as the pool and BBQ area and has a large full sun terrace over looking the beach.

II. On the second floor this 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront suite sleeps 6 people with 3 queen size beds and has a fully equipped kitchen, The large covered terrace over looks the beach with easy access to the rooftop patio which offers panoramic views of the bay.

Rates & Reservation Details
Jan 04 - Dec 19:	$220.00 US/night
Dec 20 - Jan 03:	$280.00 US/night

Reservation Deposit & Final Payment:  50% deposit due within 14 days of reservation and will be reciprocated with a confirmation letter and directions to the property.  Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Refund available with a 90 day notice before arrival less 10% administration fee.  Less than 90 day notice before arrival, refund is available only upon rebooking of reserved dates less 10% administration fee.

Check In:  3:00 pm----Check Out: 12:00 pm

Flight Schedule:  Airline, flight number and arrival time is required at least one week before arrival
